Change of mind
- Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that’s been worn, altered, or washed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- For returns made due to change of mind (including wrong size selection) the customer may receive store credit to the value of the product returned. (Postage costs not included)
- Return postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
- Store credit will not be granted until ERL receives the original product and are able to verify that the item is not worn, altered or washed.
Defect products
- ERL has strict quality control, however if a product happens to arrive damaged, the customer has the option to choose to exchange their product for a replacement or store credit to the same value.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returns Directions
- To process a return, the customer should email [email protected] with the subject line, "Product Return" with a copy of their purchase receipt.
